Daiginjo(Genshu) Matsuemon 19th Generation

This Daiginjo is named in honor of the successive heads of our brewery, bearing the name “Matsuemon.” now in its 19th generation.
It is meticulously crafted using Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 40% at our in-house facility, and carefully hand-washed to ensure the highest quality of ingredients.
As the sake warms slightly in the glass, you will be pleasantly surprised by the increasing depth and complexity, revealing its full potential.
